Online Pre-Orders
Our collective uses an online platform called Rooted Farmers to list our availability each week and create an easy and streamlined shopping experience for you. Signing up to shop is FREE for florists, wholesale buyers, and retail shoppers. Follow the steps below to shop our blooms!
For retail shoppers, we just need your name and email and you’re all set!
For floral designers and wholesale buyers, there is a short application process that takes around 5 minutes to complete. Be sure to select the option 'I'm a florist, studio designer, or floral buyer.’ Couple things to note: It helps to have a reseller certificate handy when creating the account. There is a review process that takes up to 72 hours to confirm so get your application in asap if you want to place an order.
Once your profile is set up, connect with San Joaquin Flower Collective on Rooted. There should be a button on our page at the link below to ‘Request Connection’.
Our availability window goes live on Thursdays at 3pm! Place your order by 5pm on Monday evening for pick up the following Wednesday. We only take orders one week in advance. If you need flowers for a future event, please fill out our Advance Pre-Order Form. Here’s what our weekly schedule looks:
Thursday: Availability goes live at 3pm
Friday through Monday*: Shop is open until 5pm on Monday. Check back over the weekend as more blooms may become available.
Tuesday: Harvest Day! Our growers are busy harvesting your blooms. Keep an eye out on our Instagram stories as growers will post last minute availability!
Wednesday: Pre-order pick up & Wednesday Flower Club!
*If our page on says ‘There are no items available for purchase at this time’ and you are inside the ordering window, please reach out to us at sjflowercollective@gmail.com or via Instagram DM.
Your freshly harvested blooms will be available for pick up on Wednesday morning from 10am to noon at the address listed on your Rooted Farmers Order Confirmation. You can either access from your email confirmation or by logging into your Rooted account and clicking on Orders. If for any reason you are unable to pickup your blooms during the pick up window, please let us know ASAP using the messaging feature on your order in Rooted.
